What event rental facilities are available at the Rogers Centre Ottawa?
The Rogers Centre Ottawa offers four levels of flexible event rental facilities designed to accommodate meetings, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, galas, and weddings.
- Level One – Eight meeting rooms, an executive boardroom, coat room, kitchen studio, and direct indoor access to parking.
- Level Two – Fifteen meeting rooms, a 19,806 sq. ft. pre-function area, dedicated show office, corporate business centre, coat room, and indoor connections to The Westin Ottawa and CF Rideau Centre.
- Level Three – A large, column-free multipurpose hall that accommodates up to 5,000 guests theatre-style, 2,940 banquet guests, or 400 10′ × 10′ exhibitor booths, making it ideal for conferences, trade shows, and large-scale events.
- Level Four – An elegant ballroom designed for meetings, conferences, galas, and weddings, featuring panoramic views of downtown Ottawa.
History
The Rogers Centre Ottawa is located at the site of the former Congress Centre, historically one of the most successful convention centres of its kind in Canada. Major redevelopment of the site in 2011 tripled the hosting capacity and greatly enhanced its appeal to planners of national and international conventions, meetings and trade shows. Since opening in 2011, Rogers Centre Ottawa has hosted more than 4,447 events.

The Rogers Centre Ottawa is an Operational Enterprise Agency of the Crown in the Province of Ontario, governed by the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation Act. Our mandate is to operate, maintain and manage an international-class convention centre facility in a manner that promotes and develops tourism and industry in Ottawa and Ontario.
